Unread retention
Unread articles are marked as read after 30 days and each feed keeps a limited number of older articles. Podcast episodes are exempt.
Unread articles are marked as read after 30 days. The count starts when an article arrives, not when it was published, so new subscriptions get the full 30 days too.
You can mark any article as unread, any time. A saved article keeps the mark until you read it again. Unsaved articles lose it after 30 days, so save the ones you want to come back to.
History limit
Each feed keeps a limited number of articles. When a feed fills up, its oldest articles go. Every article survives its first day.
Articles you saved, noted, tagged yourself, or set to full content always stay. Resubscribing to a feed only brings back its recent articles.
