At a Glance
At a Glance is your dashboard. Stories group articles covering the same event into cards, and Briefing ranks the day's biggest stories.
A Story groups articles from different sources covering the same event, so you can follow how it developed and who's reporting on it. Stories live on At a Glance, your dashboard.
Stories
Stories appear as cards, newest first. Each card has a headline, a summary, and the sources covering the story. Cards dim once you've read them.
Click a card to see the story's articles, with day markers when a story spans more than one day. Opening a story marks its articles as read shortly after.
Briefing
The Briefing view is a digest of the day's stories, one line each, biggest first.
Switch views with the toggle at the top of the page, or set your default in Settings → Preferences. See Customization for details.
